Hello dear! My name is Bithia, I hope you are doing well! Thanks for having an interest in booking with me. Before you book your appointment, there are a couple of things I would like you to go over to make your experience special.
Deposits:
● $30 deposits are paid via this site or Zelle (214-283-3909) is required to secure your appointment slot.
● Non-refundable and Non-Transferrable
● No deposits = No appointment
● Deposits are due within one hour of booking or appointment will be canceled automatically
● The deposit is included in the total balance
● Balance is due in cash or Zelle
Hair:
● Hair must be 4 inches all the way around
● Please come to your appointment with clean and properly blow-dried hair, and free of any products.
● If you arrive with your hair not detangled well and combed out there will be a charge of $20 and up
● No changes to your hairstyle at the time of your appointment due to time constraints
● For spring twists, passion twists, Nubian twists DO NOT blow dry or apply any type of heat to your hair, come with your hair in 2 strand twists.
● We strongly recommend not to trim your hair before any braiding appointment to avoid your hair being sticky out .
Rescheduling/ Cancellations:
● If you cancel your appointment within the 24hrs of your scheduled time, you deposit will credited towards your next appointment
● You have 1 time to reschedule your appointment, a 2nd time you will have to pay a new deposit
● If you are running late, notify us via phone call or text message! If your appointment is at 1 pm please do not wait until 12:55 to inform us that you’re running late.
● If we don’t hear from you 15 minutes after your appointed time we may cancel your appointment without a deposit refund.
Concerns:
● Any concerns must be addressed within 7 days of installation and we will do our best to fix them.
● If you have any concerns regarding your style, please bring it up before you leave the seat.
